Over the many years of doing lawn care. I’ve notice a trend in what I hear so many people complain about.
Below is a list of thing we DONT do. But have noticed many other companies still struggle with.
- Not answering the phone so they cant speak to a someone.
- Blowing debris into the neighbours yard
- Not showing up
- Not closing the gate
- Not know the DIFFERENCE between a Plant and a Weed.
- Not doing a perfect job. *Leading them to even consider another service provider)
Ever since I have notice this I made it a promise to myself never to be one of those companies.
