We are in our second season of using Top Notch Services for complete care of all our yard requirements (mowing, trimming, fertilizing, etc.). I have been very pleased with their service and responsiveness. Three years ago we did extensive landscaping at considerable expense around our entire property. The work was completed and the property looked great.
To protect our investment I contracted a yard services company to maintain the property. I searched the internet and opted to go with a large branded company with multiple offices and a slick website. I couldn’t have been more disappointed. The work was incomplete and inadequate. I tried on many occasions to politely ask for better service and to point out their deficiencies week to week. One day half way through the season I happened to be working from home when they arrived for their weekly visit. I timed their service as was appalled to see that they were literally on my property for 12 minutes in total. I terminated my contract immediately and engaged Top Notch. Since that moment Dave and his crew have exceeded my requirements and my property and investment has never looked better./p>
