Lawn Care
What’s involved
Thatch is the layer of dead stems and roots that builds up at the soil surface. A thin layer is healthy, but when it gets thick it sheds water, harbours disease, and keeps new grass from rooting.
Power raking lifts that matted layer out of the lawn so air, water, and fertilizer reach the soil again. We haul away all the debris and leave the surface primed for seeding and feeding.
What’s included
- Mechanical thatch removal
- Full debris haul-away
- Sets up successful overseeding
- Best in early spring
