We don’t use just any soil like Triple Mix OR Peat Moss, we only use Black Loam on your grass.
Your lawn will receive a layer of High Quality Black Loam Soil. This soil holds moisture very well and will not cause weeds like triple mix OR Peat moss and it’s perfect for grass.
Have you ever order those 1 ton bag(s) of soil to your place? The ones they deliver and drop off a big 1 Ton Tot bag filled with soil you can use?
If so… BE CAREFUL!
They can develop weeds in your lawn and you won’t know what your doing wrong!
The Seeds We Select For Your Lawn Type.
A fair amount of premium grass seed that has been specifically select for your lawn will be blended into the soil. We only choose grass seed designed to grow on YOUR specific lawn only.
(This is base off PH levels, soil type, sun exposure etc. We will take care of it all and you will see the results!)

- Please REMEMBER to water 1.5 inches a week until the lawn is established!
