What’s involved
Winter service plans are tailored to the property. For eligible commercial sites, service can include snow plowing and ice-control salting; residential plans can include driveway clearing, walkway and entrance shovelling, and salting where specified in the agreement.
The estimate confirms the service area, trigger, timing, surfaces covered, and snow-placement plan before the season begins, so property owners know exactly what is included.
