Top Notch Services has provided me, Michael Smith, living at 70-23rd St in South Etobicoke, with numerous services over the past four years, among them grass cutting, snow removal, start and end of season cleanup , tree and annuals trimming, lawn remediation, and landscape modification. They will also tackle jobs that seniors may find too onerous, including Christmas lighting setup and removal, and winter salting as needed.
All of the above services were well done and fairly priced, especially for seniors, which is my case. Top Notch has also proved itself to be flexible and willing to work in the customers best interests, wherever possible. Above all, the service provided is reliable and very friendly.
I have used competing companies in the past, and in my judgement, Top Notch Services compares at the same or higher level. Lastly, no matter the time of day or night, in whatever weather, David, Top Notch’s owner, has without exception, answered his cell phone to talk to me about any concern I might raise. We are in our second season of using Top Notch Services for complete care of all our yard requirements (mowing, trimming, fertilizing, etc.). I have been very pleased with their service and responsiveness. Three years ago we did extensive landscaping at considerable expense around our entire property. The work was completed and the property looked great.
To protect our investment I contracted a yard services company to maintain the property. I searched the internet and opted to go with a large branded company with multiple offices and a slick website. I couldn’t have been more disappointed. The work was incomplete and inadequate. I tried on many occasions to politely ask for better service and to point out their deficiencies week to week. One day half way through the season I happened to be working from home when they arrived for their weekly visit. I timed their service as was appalled to see that they were literally on my property for 12 minutes in total. I terminated my contract immediately and engaged Top Notch. Since that moment Dave and his crew have exceeded my requirements and my property and investment has never looked better./p>
